Elle Halliwell raising awareness of Chronic Myeloid Leukaemia

Elle Halliwell, a reporter with The Daily Telegraph, was diagnosed with Chronic Myeloid Leukaemia (CML) shortly before discovering she was pregnant. In this candid interview with 60 Minutes she and her husband Nick detail how the diagnosis has impacted their lives and discuss the importance of medical research.

60 Minutes interviewed Elle and Professor Hughes about the journey so far in their full length episode on 20 November.

Professor Hughes also gave an additional short interview to 60 Minutes discussing Elle's diagnosis, CML and his research.
